What are the eligibility requirements for the CSSGB?
ASQ requires 3 years of on-the-job experience in one or more areas of the CSSGB Body of Knowledge, in a paid, full-time role. There are no educational waivers. Unlike the CSSBB, there is no project-completion requirement for the Green Belt. Full details are on the ASQ website.
Is the CSSGB an open-book exam?
Yes. You may bring bound reference materials (permanently bound — stitched, glued, or in a ring/spiral binder). But with 100 scored questions in 4.5 hours, relying on looking things up is not viable. This course builds deep comprehension, and the downloadable slides serve as a fast, exam-day reference.
