What are the eligibility requirements for the CSSGB?›
ASQ requires candidates to have 3 years of on-the-job experience in one or more areas of the CSSGB Body of Knowledge, in a paid, full-time role. There are no educational waivers — the experience requirement must be met in full. Unlike the CSSBB, there is no project completion requirement for the Green Belt certification. Is the CSSGB an open book exam?›
Yes. The CSSGB is an open book exam — candidates may bring bound reference materials to the testing center. Materials must be permanently bound (stitched, glued, or in a ring binder/spiral binder). However, with 100 scored questions in 4.5 hours, relying entirely on looking things up is not a viable strategy. This course builds deep comprehension and our downloadable slides serve as a fast-to-navigate exam-day reference.
