Do I need any prior quality or statistics knowledge?
No prior quality knowledge is required. The course starts from the beginning — including the history of why these tools were created — and explains each tool's purpose and method from the ground up. A basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel is helpful but the course also covers the Excel steps in detail.
Which version of Microsoft Excel do I need?
The course uses Microsoft Excel for Windows. Excel 2016, 2019, Excel 365, or any recent version will work. Most techniques covered also work in Excel 2013 and later. The course does not cover Google Sheets or Apple Numbers, though the underlying quality tool concepts apply in any data software.
Are Excel template files included?
