What are the eligibility requirements for the CQIA?
You need two years of work experience in any field, an associate degree, or two years of equivalent higher education. The CQIA does not require a traditional quality background — it is designed for anyone involved in quality improvement.
How is the CQIA exam delivered?
The CQIA is computer-delivered, consists of 110 questions (100 scored, 10 unscored), and runs three and a half hours. It is offered in English through ASQ's authorized testing centers.
Which BoK version does this course cover?
The course is fully aligned with the 2020 CQIA Body of Knowledge (effective August 2020), the current version used for the ASQ CQIA examination.
Do I earn PDUs and a certificate?
